The arena on Biscayne Bay opened in 1999 as American Airlines Arena, spent 2021-2023 as FTX Arena — a naming deal the county terminated in court — briefly reverted to Miami-Dade Arena, and has been Kaseya Center since 2023. It is one of the few arenas in the league with a genuine waterfront setting, and the east side opens onto the bay.
A wide, comfortable bowl with an unusually generous lower level. The 100 level sidelines are the reference view and the corners at that level are the best-value good seat in the building. The 300 level is high but the rake is steep and the sightlines are clean; its front rows along the sidelines read the game better than mid-rows behind the baskets. Premium and club seating is concentrated on the west sideline, so the two sides differ — check which one your section is on.
