The arena in the South Philadelphia sports complex has changed name more often than anything else in the league: CoreStates Center when it opened in 1996, then First Union Center, Wachovia Center, Wells Fargo Center for fifteen years, and Xfinity Mobile Arena since 2025. Sixers and Flyers share it, and a rolling renovation programme rebuilt the clubs, the concourses and the scoreboard through the 2020s.

A big, conventional three-tier bowl, which means the level you pick matters more than the section. The lower bowl sidelines carry the standard view; the club level is the flattest angle in the building and the most comfortable; the balcony is high and steep, but the arena is wide enough that upper corner seats see both ends cleanly. Behind the baskets the lower rows put you under the rim and cost you the far half of the floor — great for atmosphere, less so for reading a game.
