Craven Cottage is the oldest football ground in London still in use, Fulham's home since 1896, and the only one in the Premier League with the Thames running along one touchline. The Johnny Haynes Stand and the Cottage pavilion itself are listed buildings and date from 1905; the Riverside Stand at the other side of the pitch completed in 2025 and took the ground to 27,782, with a rooftop terrace over the river.

27,782 is the capacity Fulham declared to the Premier League for 2025-26, after the Riverside Stand completed. The 29,589 and 29,600 figures quoted elsewhere are the consented design numbers, not the licensed capacity.

This is a ground of four completely different eras, and the seat you buy determines which one you sit in. The Riverside Stand is the newest and has the cleanest sightlines and the best facilities; the Hammersmith End behind the goal is where the singing is; the Putney End takes away support. The Johnny Haynes Stand is the historic one — wooden seating, low roof, genuinely period, and sightlines are the price of the character. Look at the view before you commit to that side in particular.
