The smallest ground in LaLiga, and deliberately so: 14,708 seats, no stand behind the north goal at all, and a working-class neighbourhood pressed right up against it. Opened in 1976, it is the finish line of the San Silvestre Vallecana road race, and Queen played here in August 1986. Madrid's regional government presented a €60M rebuild towards 18,500 seats in June 2026, but it is still a proposal.

Three stands, one open end, and a pitch you are almost standing on. Fondo Sur is the animation end and the loudest part of a very loud ground. Tribuna is the covered side and the only place with a genuinely elevated view; Preferencia sits opposite. Because the north end is missing, seats near that corner see an unusual, open-sided version of the pitch — worth checking in 3D, because it is not what a seating plan looks like on paper.
