Availability — We ensure that information and systems are accessible to authorised users when needed, underpinned by business continuity planning and incident response.

To achieve this, Mobile Media Content:

• Maintains an Information Security Management System (ISMS) certified under ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (certifying body: AENOR).

• Complies with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including GDPR/LOPDGDD and PCI-DSS.

• Sets and monitors annual information security objectives.

• Continually improves its security posture through systematic risk management and audit cycles.

This policy applies to all information assets, employees, contractors, and third parties operating within the scope of the ISMS.
