Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Role Summary: We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help evolve our Customer Success function toward a more proactive, value-driven model. This role combines strong delivery ownership with commercial and strategic responsibility. In the short term, the focus will remain on managing complex client implementations and ensuring successful delivery. Over time, this person will play a key role in shaping and owning how we drive customer value, including renewals and expansion. Working closely with the Head of Customer Success, this role will contribute to building the foundations of a scalable CS function that balances delivery excellence with long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery & Project Ownership
– Own the successful delivery of complex client projects from kickoff through launch.
– Manage multiple implementations simultaneously, keeping timelines, risks, and dependencies under control.
– Coordinate internal teams (Sales, Product, 3D, Engineering, Finance).
– Support and guide other CSMs on complex delivery when needed.
Client Management
– Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers.
– Manage expectations and provide clear, proactive communication.
– Drive client accountability to ensure project progress.
Value & Growth
– Identify opportunities to expand the value clients gain from our solutions.
– Contribute to defining customer journeys and value realization strategies.
– Help build processes around renewals and expansion.
– Progressively take ownership of renewals and upsell opportunities.
Required Qualifications
– 3–6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Project Management.
– Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder client projects.
– Exposure to renewals, upsells, or commercial conversations.
– Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
– Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
– Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
– Spanish & English proficiency.

Job Title: Product Manager (UX & Analytics)

Role Summary: We are looking for a Product Manager with strong UX and Analytics expertise to help shape and optimize our digital products. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, user experience, and data-driven decision making. You will work closely with teams such as Engineering, Client Success, and Design to identify opportunities, improve user journeys, and ensure product decisions are backed by meaningful insights. You will also occasionally work directly with clients, supporting implementation and gathering first-hand feedback.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Discovery
– Define and execute product initiatives focused on user experience improvements and data-driven optimization.
– Identify product opportunities through user research, analytics insights, and customer feedback.
– Translate business goals into clear product hypotheses and experiments.
UX Collaboration
– Work closely with UX/UI designers to improve usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
– Analyze user journeys, funnels, and behavioral patterns to identify friction points.
– Prioritize improvements that increase engagement, retention, and conversion.
Analytics & Experimentation
– Define and monitor product KPIs and success metrics.
– Use product analytics tools and A/B testing to validate decisions.

Product Delivery
– Participate in product backlog prioritization.
– Collaborate with Engineering teams to deliver product features.
– Ensure releases meet user needs, business goals, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications
– 2+ years of experience in Product Management.

– Ability to translate data into product decisions.
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
– Languages: Spanish (native) and English (professional).

Job Title: Financial Analyst
Department: Finance
Reports To: COO and CFO
Location: Barcelona, ES
Role Summary:
The Financial Analyst will own financial and revenue analysis while strengthening finance
processes and systems to improve visibility, accuracy, and scalability as our business grows.
The qualified candidate will focus on financial and revenue analysis (75%) and process and
systems improvement (25%). This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and data,
and will play a key part in improving financial visibility, forecasting accuracy, and operational
discipline.
Financial and Revenue Analysis (75%):
- Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and client/project profitability to support decision-making
- Track accounts receivables and revenue accuracy in coordination with the Client Success and Commercial teams
- Prepare recurring financial reports, forecasts, and ad-hoc analyses for leadership
Process and Systems Improvement (25%):
- Maintain and improve financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Ensure consistency and integrity of financial data across systems
- Improve and document finance processes to support scale and efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a Commercial role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear conclusions
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; comfort working with large datasets
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
