For the first time, our season card holders had the opportunity to relocate their seats online with a digital view from any seat in the Etihad Stadium. This is a significant service enhancements for fans, and we hope to build on this development for future events at the Etihad and Academy Stadiums. We’re delighted with the work undertaken by MMC (Ticketing3D) and their support on this project.

The RFU hired 3D Digital Venue to build a 3D map of Twickenham stadium and to create a completely new application tool to enable debenture holders and new clients to renew, relocate or purchase additional debentures. It has been a pleasure working with them. Francis, Michele and their team have created a perfect map of the stadium, giving a clear three dimensional view from each of the stadium’s 82,000 seats. The application tool has been designed by the team from the ground up to our specifications, and has vastly improved our clients’ customer journey in purchasing debenture seats. We needed to develop a way to create excitement for a stadium that did not exist. We had to reassure Season Ticket Members and sell Corporate Partnership deals. We were able to do that with 3D Digital Venue. MMC allowed us to create a digital experience for all users with the ability to see a 360-degree view from every seat in the house. We were even able to identify limited view seats. With that technology, we were able to integrate with our primary ticketing platform and sell out of season tickets while our stadium was still an empty hole in the ground.
