Capital One Arena seating chart for Olivia Rodrigo’s The Unraveled Tour

Capital One Arena in Washington, DC hosts 2 nights of Olivia Rodrigo’s The Unraveled Tour — Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 October 2026, with Wolf Alice opening. The venue holds around 20,333 for a concert. With the interactive map on this page you can explore every section and open a real panoramic 3D view from any seat before buying tickets or comparing resale offers.

A downtown arena wedged into a single Chinatown block, which is the fact that shapes every seat in it: with no room to spread outwards, the bowl was built upwards and inwards. The tiers sit close over one another and close to the floor, so the top of this building is nearer the stage than the top of most arenas that hold the same number of people. The map on this page is the venue’s own concert seating configuration, with the floor as general admission. Bowl seats are reserved and numbered; the floor is standing and unreserved, which is why a floor ticket is a decision about the crowd rather than about a seat. The production design for this tour has not been published, so treat the floor as close rather than exact — the bowl geometry, which is what you are buying, does not change.

Where you will be sitting

The floor
General admission, standing, first-come once doors open. The flattest sightline in the room — from the back of a standing floor you are looking at the stage over several hundred people, while a lower-bowl seat at the same distance is looking down at it. Worth deciding on purpose rather than by price.
Lower bowl
A full ring at floor level. The long sides face the stage across the short axis of the room, which here is genuinely close. The sections level with the stage are the nearest seats in the building and also the sharpest angle: open one of them and one on the side before you assume that closest means best.
Club and suite ring
The middle band, and the reason the upper tier starts where it does. Mid-height and square to the stage is the combination that reads best for a show built around one performer and a band, and this ring is where it lives.
Upper tier
Because the footprint is so tight, the upper tier here begins lower and sits closer in than in most arenas of this capacity. The sideline sections are the value pick of the building; it is the corners, not the height, that cost you the stage.

Doors, bags and getting there

Doors and entry
Doors generally open one hour before the start time, and the arena publishes the exact time on its own event page for each date.
Bags, cameras and tickets
Effectively a no-bag building: only wallet-size clutches, plus medical and parenting bags up to 14 x 14 x 6 in. The arena’s own two pages disagree on the clutch limit — one says 4 x 6 in and the other 5 x 7 in — so pack to the smaller. For concerts, SLR and detachable-lens cameras, video cameras, GoPros, tripods and selfie sticks are all out. Entry is mobile-ticket only; print-at-home PDFs are not accepted.
Getting there
Metro is the way in: Gallery Place–Chinatown sits on top of the arena on the Red, Green and Yellow lines, and Judiciary Square, Metro Center and Archives–Navy Memorial are all inside a short walk if the nearest exit is packed after the show. Garage parking exists around the block and can be booked in advance, but on a sold-out night the trains win.

Frequently asked questions

How can I see the view from my seat at Capital One Arena?
Click any section on the interactive seating map above and a real panoramic view from that section opens instantly. Drag to look around in 360°.
When does Olivia Rodrigo play Capital One Arena?
Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 October 2026, as part of The Unraveled Tour. Wolf Alice opens.
Who is opening for Olivia Rodrigo at Capital One Arena?
Wolf Alice, on both nights. The support act changes between legs of this tour rather than between cities, which is why it is worth checking per date rather than assuming.
What are the best seats for the show?
Lower-bowl sides for detail. If you are buying above the lower bowl, take a sideline rather than a corner — in this bowl the height costs you very little and the angle costs you a lot, which is the opposite of the way the price map usually reads.
Is the floor seated or standing?
Standing. The floor is sold as general admission and is not numbered, so a floor ticket buys you a place in the room rather than a seat — where you end up depends on when you arrive. Every seat in the bowl is reserved, which is what the map on this page is for.
What time do doors open at Capital One Arena?
Doors generally open one hour before the start time, and the arena publishes the exact time on its own event page for each date.
How do I get to Capital One Arena?
Metro is the way in: Gallery Place–Chinatown sits on top of the arena on the Red, Green and Yellow lines, and Judiciary Square, Metro Center and Archives–Navy Memorial are all inside a short walk if the nearest exit is packed after the show. Garage parking exists around the block and can be booked in advance, but on a sold-out night the trains win.
Why don’t the section labels on the map match my ticket?
The map uses the venue’s own internal section codes rather than the number printed on a ticket, so you may see a label like “S_L12” instead of a plain number. Find your section by where it sits in the bowl — tier, side, and how far round from the stage — and the panorama will tell you far more than the label does.
What was Capital One Arena called before?
MCI Center, Verizon Center. It is the same building and the same seating bowl — a section number from the MCI Center era still points at the same seats.
Is this an official seating chart?
No — it is an independent interactive 3D map built with 3D Digital Venue technology. Not affiliated with Olivia Rodrigo, Live Nation or any venue. We don’t sell tickets.
