Major League Baseball (MLB) is more than a collection of individual franchises; it’s a unified brand that serves millions of fans across the globe. With a clear goal of delivering the same high-quality ticketing experience across all teams, MLB launched a league-wide initiative to enhance how fans explore and purchase their tickets. By partnering with Tickets.com and 3D Digital Venue, MLB aimed to tackle a critical challenge: enhancing the purchase journey across clubs with a visual-first experience.
