While vivenu’s platform gives event organizers total control over how they sell tickets, 3D Digital Venue’s solutions and assets ensure that fans can see exactly what they’re purchasing—whether it’s a general admission seat, premium experience, or VIP package.
A great example of this integration is our first joint project: Inselpark Arena. For this venue, vivenu integrated 3D Digital Venue’s 360° visualization technology directly into its purchase flow. This allowed ticket buyers to see the exact view from their seats before making a purchase, adding both value and trust to the ticketing experience.
This was achieved through our Digital Venue Maps framework (DVM), a powerful API that allows ticketing platforms to seamlessly embed our 3D or 2D maps and seat view technology into their systems. With DVM, ticket buyers at Inselpark Arena can explore 360° seat views before purchasing.
